My parents got visa denied even they have been in USA 3 times and never overstayed.

Hi,

Recently I had contacted my local congressman and their Immigration department had all the letter formats and they directly sent the supporting letters to Chennai consulate. I was told that they will not show the letter to the applicants or sponsors. Note that Senator or congressman letters do not guarrantee any visas.

During the interview for my in-laws, consular officer acknowledged that he had received the letter from congressman. Bad news that my in-laws were denied visa - even after congressman letter.
