Help Needed in medical insurance for New H1B holder

Hello Memebers,

I came to US one month back .I just got my SSN number. Iam going to take Medical insurance through my company for me and for my wife. My wife is already 3months pragnant.

Can i get medical insurance coverage for her delivery?
Iam asking this question because most of the sites stating that

"Although health insurance will resolve the majority of the problems encountered, the problems of pregnancy and pre-existing conditions will not be covered by most policies available. Short-term policies for 15 days – 6 months will not cover pregnancy and pre-existing conditions. Most long-term policies for 15 day - 3 years will cover pregnancy after 12 months. There was one policy that covered pregnancy and preexisting conditions after 180 days and one that offered a 10% discount for groups of 5 or more."

Group insurance through your employer covers pregnancy and it does not require any waiting period. There may be your co-insurance on coverage . You can talk to directly insurance company and get detailed coverage explaination.
