Hi I am from an MNC and got H1B from an employer(Stamped)
When I submitted my papers, my employer does not want to leave me and says that they send me onsite (long term)
For me to take a decision,
1. Getting L1 cancells H1 compalsorily ?
Are there any possibilities to have both visas in tact ?
2. How long is L1B valid ( What could be the max extensible period)
Thank you all for your valuable time and suggestions
Regards

1. Getting L1B stamp will canc your H1B stamp, not the petition (If you want H1B you need to go for stamping again)
2. L1B will be issued for 3 tyears initially
