This is sriram, This forum is really amazing, helping a lot of people
well, coming to my case: My employer applied for H1B and got an 221g when i went for stamping, and the documents they asked may come late from onsite and even if they come correctly , i am afraid they might send my case to AAP( Only assumption- Preparation for the worst), In that case can I go for B1 or L1 stamping in the AAP period, My employer firm which is a good IT firm is saying that If I go , They might permanently blocklist my Passport . Is that true , What should I do incase I got a AAP for my H1 :confused: :confused:
