Stamping h4 in extension

Hi guys.... Now i'm on my H1 extension.My wife & daughter(both H4) are planning to travel to india.Can they stamp their visa in india with out me?
Can they travel thro frankfurt with visa extension papers? :confused: thanks in advance for anyone answering...
