Take the job responsibilites documents , client letter if your employer can arrange one
If the company you are joining is mainly a consulting company then these documents are needed
you have good chance of getting visa If you have these documents

Thanks Parth,
I had all those documents already and I asked her to show those but she denied to see. I think she needs a detail of job and start date of job which my consultant is going to provide me. My consultant is ready to provide a document which describes a my job and its client and its start date.
but still I am afraid that are they going to issue the visa or not?
Thanks a lot parth

OK , so to be safe side here is also what you should be ready to answer if asked
1. Client's reporting project manager name
2. Team strength of you project team
3. Duration of the project
4. Contact information of Client's project manager whom you would be reporting to.
5. You specific job resposibilities ( which you are anyway going to submit)
6. And if your project is already started or at which stage the project is
Hope that helps and good luck !

You cannot appeal against H1B rejection , You can only apply next year
which you dont need to worry now .
Just work on getting thru your interview you should be fine

Hello Path
Can you do one more favor?
First time when she asked about my project I said I am going to work on XXX project and its an inhouse product of my company for insurance and pharmaceuticals clients. I said this because I afraid that time If they ask for letter from specific client and my company is failed to provide this then it will be a worst case. So I said my project as inHouse product.
Now I would need a letter from my company only as I am going to work for them and I will be paid from them only.
So do you think that I should continue with this inhouse project and letter from my company or I should ask them for any letter from specific client project.
Will this inhouse project create a bad impression on them?
Thanks

Your docs should be in continuation with the interview and what you stated in the interview
so If its in house project same applies

Can any one tell me that within how many days I have to reappear for second interview after getting 221(g).
Because My consultant has said that they will take still 1.5 month to prepare documents. I think that would be too late.
Please suggest me standard days within that I should go for next..
thanks
