Hi All,
Currently I'm in US on H4.On april are employer applied for H1-B(which is approved without I-94 as it is filed as New H1-B) as consular processing.
1.So can I go to India now and come back on H4 and later file an amendment (I-129) to get new I-94 for H1-B ?
2.Also I should go for H4 visa stamping before entering US coz recently I got H4 extension approval.
3.Going to India at this point of time is advisable or not ?
Please share ur experiences regarding this issue and help me.
