Hi all team mates,
Could anyone, who got successful H1B visa stamping , let me know a complete list of all the documents that he/she produced in front of visa officer especially the ones related to his/her prospective employer, coz some on this forum provided me with the following set of documents
Approval Notice ( I-797)
Client letter to consulate
offer letter
Petition I-129
Company tax papers
LCA - labour
Company brochures
Photos(both US office and India office)
Project description
DS-156 , DS-157.
Can anyone plz throw some light on this.
because im bit confused with the photo thing, not really able to understand why do US embassy needs photograph of my US office n on the other recently i came from the UK , therefore not working in India for the moment so can't produce any pics of my present employment place.
