Pre existing condition

My father is planing to visit us here in U.S. He is 69 years old and diabetic. Also recently he is receiving treatment for some kidney related problem. So he needs regular check-up by a Nephrologist and lab tests. Also he need to take injections every week.

How do I get medical insurance for him here, any help is highly appreciated.
