Hi:

I've been tracking my app status online and have also registered for the email alerts for any updates. After two months, today, I noticed that the LUD has changed but there was no email sent. Have you guys been receiving any mails as and when the LUD or Status changes?


Also, any idea how long might it take for the next status change after the LUD?
Center: Cali
Date of Receipt: 11 May
LUD: July 03 07
Status still shows as: Received and Pending.

USICS website at times does not correct reflect the proceeding of your case , it is best to check with your employer/attorney for latest updates .

Please contact your employer for receipt number or approval notice

The LUD changed again today to 4th July after 3rd July 07. Just wondering if they update the LUD everyday of processing, or how does it work?

HI My receipt date :23 rd April at CSC

LUD 18th MAy
25th JUNE
26th JUne

Still waiting for approval...dont know what is going on?

LUD: July 5th 07

The LUD changed again today to 4th July after 3rd July 07. Just wondering if they update the LUD everyday of processing, or how does it work?

LUD = 28 June
LUD = 29 June
LUD = 2nd July
LUD = 3rd July

Assuming this is good news.

what do you guys think?

LUD has now changed to JULY 6th!

They seem to be processing every day! but how long does it normally take? My employer responded to an RFE on the 22nd of June, so its 2 weeks now since he sent the requested docs and my LUD has been chanding daily as from June June 27th, 28th, 29th, 1st July, 2nd July, 3rd July, 5th July and today 6th July, but the status still has not changed to RFE recieved or APPROVAL NOTICE SENT, it still states the same old message from may24th saying that an RFE has been sent out on MAy24th, anyone in the same situation here, how long does it normally take for then to change the status?

Does any one's LUD still in May...i'm worried... USCIS has not touched my case since 30/05/2007... it's more than one hour..how could they leave a case as such for such a long time...

can anyone tell me when is the last date for all these processing???
