i got a traffic ticket for my expired registration :( but someone told me that its illegal to give ticket for that if i'm not a resident of that state..

does anyone know anything about it?

nope i dont think its illegal to give ticket for that. infact its illegal to drive with expired regis. thats y u got ticket in first place.
