Hi,
One of my friend did her H1B stamping through Company A 2 yrs back.Last year she had a H1B Transfer to Company B as the Company A was not paying her properly. Now she is working in Company B for 9 months now. If she has to travel to India and go for stamping will it be a problem? Any advice on this situation.
