Hi Prasad,
Dates are open for Sep/2007 in Chennai consulate, I guess you dont need an emergency appointment.
I am looking for dates in last week of AUG or first week of SEP, nothing is avaialable in Chennai for my preference. Mine is renewal as well, currently residing in US.
