Hi,

In 2003 I had 6 F1 rejections. Now I am good organization and my company has applied for H1 for me, I even got H1 papers, and i have three years of IT experience, will my F1 rejections plays in role in this, if so what way?

Basically what kind of question will be asked for such rejections?

If they ask for the reason for why ur F1 was refused, what should be answered. And can any one tell me wat more of this kind question will be asked in interview.

Thanks,
Harish

Though nothing much can be done about your F1 rejection for your h1b. You dont have to say anything, coz they will know your case quite well on the reason being rejected (they will never trust the words of the applicant who's visa got rejected, they will not expect them to speak the truth anyway)

So my advice, do not worry about your past rejection, since you said that you are working with a good company, let them handle the situation and prepare well for the Visa interview.
