Hi,
I have a L1 visa which is valid till September 2009. I am planning to go for my H1 visa stamping in Noagles, Mexico before Oct1 2007 ( before started working for my H1 employer ). I have few doubts here, Can anyone please share their experiences?
1. If my H1 gets stamped will they cancel my L1 Visa?
2. What will be the start date on my H1 stamping?
3. If my H1 gets denied will they cancel my L1?
4. Will they keep my L1 Visa as H1 effective start date is Oct1st 2007?
