Transfer money from India to U.S

Don't ask me why, but can some body tell me a way to transfer > 10L Rs from India to U.S from a NRO account. Money in NRO is double taxed(TDS + US tax), though I don't know when I will get the TDS refund.

The best way is that, once you go to India, open Domestic account or else transfer the money to the domestic account of someone else(May be your parents) and bring the International Debit card here. ICICI bank provides the withdraw limit of Rs 50,000/- per day. You can withdraw equal amount in USA.
