Will Senators letter help

My parents visa got rejeted the 2 nd time. Reason being only child. The VO didnt even look at any documents.

Will a letter from the Senator help :confused:

Also we want our parents to visit this year as my husbands project ll get over by this Dec. We ve also arranged a letter from his company stating that his project ll get over by Dec.

This time my mother is applying alone and she was a nurse now retired.

Any help... :(
