Hi,

company A has recently filed a transfer for my H1 and I have stamping on my passport with Company B. I want to send an invitiation to my father for a visitor visa, but I am not sure if my H1 file in processing would be any problem for that..My father's visa has already been rejected once in february with my brother-in-law sponsoring the documents. Please confirm if I can send my sponsor documents for my father now., with my H1 file in processing...Also I would like to know if I have to send paychecks from my previous company to my father because I joined the company A only a month ago and I hope I will have enough paychekcs from my current company by the time my father goes for the interview.

any help is appreciated...

Hi

Your sponsorship papers actually depends upon if you have moved to the new state where Co A is located, if no then conceal the information and provide papers pertaining to Co B.

Tis is wut my sister did to sponsor my dad. bala.bgn@gmail.com

you will need to send docs as of the current state. if you have changed your employer, you need to state it and provide employment verification and pay stubs for the new employer. h1 transfer is a normal process, and should not impact the visitor visa outcome - provided your h1 does not get rejected (which rarely happens).
