Visitor visa: Ticket Question

My parents recently got visitor visa and they are planning to visit me in August. I have a question regarding tickets. Can I buy tickets for them in the US and send them to India? Or do they need to buy the tickets in India only? Are there rules which say that tickets can only be bought in India for travel originating in India?

This is really urgent. Need your help and advice.

u can purchase tickets in the US or India compare the best fares. But remember to get round trip tickets for a visitor visa.
