ITIN & Refund Status

Hi,

I sent my application for ITIN along with 1040a form to ITIN department of IRS on 14th April 2007.
I am yet to recieve any information from anyone about ITIN numbers of my dependents or my tax refund.
Can someone please help me out to know what should I do on this?

I tried calling ITIN Department number : 215 516 4846 a number of times but nobody answers there.

Hi Aman,

I believe the number you posted is wrong. Please check for the correct number on page 2 of ITIN application form.

I too applied in first week of April. I called them recently and they asked me to call back after 10 weeks :eek:

They also said returns would take another 4 weeks from the date of ITIN issuance.
