Marriage & Birth Certificates

Hi ,

My Husband is on L1 B visa , and sponsoring for my parent's visitor's visa.

i am on L2, i donot have birth certificate , is it mandatory ?

i am going to NY -Indian embassy to make a Birth certificate.

Do we need send Marriage & Birth certificates original or copy will do ?

I-134 says, it expired on 30-Apr-07. we have used the same & taken notary from Bank. is it OK ?

My Parent's have appt on july 11th.

Any info would be helpful.

Yes any form of Birth certifcate should do.
I134, even though the expiry date is there, but it is still valid since Visa dept has not yet issued new one.

Marriage certifcate copy will do.
If he applicable consulate is Mumbai they do want to see the Original Birth certificate some times.., Ask your parents to make sure to collect it back once the interview is done.
