Visitor Visa Extension (Pls Help me)

I went to US last year June’2006...I was allowed to stay for three months (till Sep-15th) initially…but again my company requested for extension for one more month on sep 12th and we got the approval on Oct 25th only…but I came back to India on Oct-11th and I submitted the old I-94 which is dated on Sep-15th.

Right now I have the extension approval letter and new I-94 with me, will this affect my future trip to US?

Please let me know your comments.

Since you left before the expiry of your I94 I dont see any problem.
