Urgent Urgent help reqd Mother's Visa

hi, i have taken my mom's visa date and it has been just 15 Days since i have been in USA. Although i have been here in 2005 for a duration of one year. Any guidance for the same will be welcomed.

You should be in a position to show good financial status in US in order to sponsor. If you have that, then you may try. All I can see is that you will not be in a position to submit some of the documents (recent W2, tax returns, etc.) that are usually recommended in this forum
