Hi,
I am scheduled to get married in the month of June and a week thereafter travel to USA for a B1 visa visit sponsored by my company.
I intend to take my spouse around with me on my expenditure . However I have the following constraints :
Option 1
Given the time constraints :
1. I would not have a marriage certificate with me to be able to convincingly provide that she is my spouse.
2. My passports would still continue to have my 'maritial' status as single.
How best can she accompany me ?
Option 2
If I am able to manage the marriage certificate and not be able to undertake the change in the passport can she travel with me ?
