H1B as well as B1/B2

. My H1 interview date is 6th July. But from my current employer i am getting a opportunity for getting a business visa because i want to attend a meeting for 2 weeks. My interview date for B1/B2 is 20th June. Suppose i get my B1/B2 visa and also i get H1B in july and then i want to go for a business meeting in August. Is it possible???

2. Suppose i have to go for a business meeting in first week of July such that i am not availabe on 6th july for H1B then is it possible to postpone the interview date ...

Yes. Use your H1 for any travel to US when you have one.
