Visitor Visa for Mom - REJECTED

My mom went to Chennai consulate on June 15. VO rejected rejected her Visa stating "you will not come back". I don't have father.

When should I retry for my mom?

Recommended wait is one year. However, there is no restriction. You may try within few weeks.

What Qs did VO ask? Can you think of any reason of rejection due to not answering well/ not furnishing proper documents? If you can find what could have caused rejection, then u can improvise on it and re-apply in a period of 4/5/6 months. Of course , the above advise holds good only if it was first attempt. If you have more than one rejection , then u probably should wait for 8/9 months onwards..and pray..

Questions:

1) How many children you have?
2) Where are they?
3) Why are you going to US?
4) How many months you are going?

Although my mom said, she will come back as she has to take care her grand children, VO did not satisfied with that answer.

Lastly, VO said it seems, "You will not come back to India. We do not issue Visa". My mom took Telugu interview.

There is no remark [as in "Application Submitted"] is stamped on my mom's passport. They did not give any 221(g) sheet too.

I'm confused as I do not know the reason for rejection.

When can I reapply again? Can I choose another Consulate in India next time?

My mom also got rejected. She was also asked few questions and no documents were seen. The time gap between 3 rd and 4th interview is 1 yr 2 months. Yet she got rejected this time. According to me I think it is mere luck, so keep trying. All 4 times we applied in chennai consulate.
