Urgent help for Visit Visa?!!!

Hi All,

I don't know if this will be stupid question to put in this forum. I have a GF in USA and I am an Indian. She is insisting me to come to USA to marry her and if any help needed she is ready to provide from there. I have heard that one should have a good bank balance to prove financial solvency while I don't have a big bank balance.

Can you guys tell me how to approach for visit visa taking into consideration my situation?

I am in urgent need of suggestion.............please!!!

what's your GF's status in US?

If your GF is US citizen, she may file petition OBO you. That will result in K1 visa for your which is valid for 90 days. You would have to get married within that period.

She is green card holder. I just read somewhere that we have to prove that we are engaged or somekind of photograph for fiance visa.
