hey....
my cousin brother has a problem.....
he is a business man and a greencard holder...
but he is settled in india n visits usa once in the stipulated time to remain a green card holder...
he got married this feb... and wanted to go to USA ONLY for tourism purposes
now the problem is that his wife had gone for visa interview and was refused saying she might not come back considering her husband being a greencard holder....
my brother went the next day spoke to concerned authorities saying only coz he is a green card holder his wife will never be permitted to visit USA....
the authority asked him to come back in a week's time....
is ther any light of hope????
