DS 156 Q36. Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf? Yes/No,

Dear Path2USA friends,

I have a question related to DS 156, in the past I got H1 visa and worked in USA. And also a company filed immigration petition due to company fraduelent activites 485 denied but I140 approved and I worked on EAD for about 4 months and as per the my personal attorney's suggestion I left US on EAD expiration date and sent withdrawal letters to USCIS on all pending/denied applications as I am leaving US for good and to my mother land.

Now I am planning for B1 visa stamping. While going through DS 156, I have doubt about , what answer I need to put for below question

36. Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf? Yes/No, If Yes, Who.......

NOTE: I have all documents from USCIS and the copies of letters which I sent for withdrawal.

If anyone of you come across this kind of situation, please share and suggest me on aswering the above question.

I guess you would have to put "Yes". Company's name would be the company which submitted I140 and I485.
