Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have a question regarding filling of Form DS-156. I have 2 US F1 visas stamped on my passport.

The first one was for University A for which I was to begin school in Fall 2002. I however, chose not to go that year and decided the next year to go to school at University B. This time when I went to the consulate the stamped the previous visa which now reads "Cancelled without Prejudice" and stamped a new Visa which I was to use to come to the US.

My query is: Q35 on form DS-156 reads: Has your Visa ever been cancelled or revoked?

What would my answer to this be? I have read in other forums that if you say yes to that question your chances of getting a visa are minimal....so I need to find out a proper response to that!

Another question I have....is tht I read somewhere tht the DS156 needs to be printed back to back...Is tht right???

For those are looking for an answer to similar query like mine...the response to Q35 should be NO.(based on my research on several other forums and this)
