H1 Transfer

My spouse is in US from past 3 months.He got his H1 done from one of the desi consutant.But he is not able to get the job still through them.
Is there any option where he can transfer his H1 to any other employer without Pay stubs.

u have to try, may or may not work. but rule is to provide paycheck for Xfr.

As far as transfering the h1b you would need to provide 2-3payslips.
That is for sure as you said he is on bench for 3months so you would definitely need them . As, same is the case with me...and i did consult couple of lawyers regarding the same its beneficial for us if we have min 2paystubbs for transfer.

Yes you need 2 (recent) pay stubs, BUT ... If the Attorney agrees and the company agrees ..they can manage with out the Pay stub.

Can anyone let me know what if i go for a H1 Transfer without pay stubs and it gets rejected.
1.Do i need to go to India to get it stamped for a new employer
