Hello buddies,,,,,

I have got H1 approval for the ficical year 2007. My query is, actually I got 3 receiving stamps(rejection) for UK (student visa) in the last year which is 2006 december. so please guide me on this. ..there is no problem if i had that stamps that to another country.

So please give your valubale sugesstions....

Hello Sridhar,

As far as your UK rejection there is no way it is related for your US H1B.

It's purely depends on what all the documents you are providing are genuine or not..i mean to say the company who is sponsoring your H1 and your employment and education background.

They dont focus on your prvious rejections to some other country until and unless if it is for US....it's very rare that they may ask you regarding this.
