Can I apply H1 stamping from other Country?

Hi,

I 've got receipt for H1 this year. iam going to UK for 6 months in August. My question is , Can I attend H1 Stamping from Uk itself? Please reply. Thanks in advance,

Hello Divya,

As far as getting stamped in Uk there will be a possibility it again depends on what type of visa you are going to UK.

You can check with the US consulate in Uk. Or you can visit http://london.usembassy.gov for more information.

usually if u r in foreign country for more then 6 months then only u r eligible to apply, also depends on ur visa type.
