Dear Experts,

Plz help me in giving your valuable suggestion.
I'm in a bad situation. Its more than 5months that i'm in US on H1b infact on bench as i'm getting very less support from my employer if i want to transfer my h1b can i do it as, they say you would need 2-3payslips. is that true?

2. can i transfer my h1b with out my present employer knowing?

3.if i transfer my h1b will there be any problem in the Visa extension?

I thought that was true...until i read some experiences in this forum where people have claimed that they got the visa transferred without any paystubs..i just read one post today...

I think u can. Since it s a confidential information, USCIS is not supposed to disclose it to anyone (including your current employer)

No, that shouldn't be a problem.
