Hi all,
We filed under Premium Processing regular cap on April 2 and until now the Current Status has shown "Case Received & Pending". The checks were cashed before April 12th.
My case status recently updated from "Case Received & Pending" to "We mailed you a filing fee refund invitation". Has anyone had this message? Does it mean I did not get selected in the lottery, and so they may refund the fees?
I filed under Premium Processing and I am hoping it simply means I may have the PP fee refunded, but I don't know at all.
Has anyone had a similar situation?
If someone who had a case rejected in the lottery and had the checks cashed before April 12 reads this, can you tell me what the "Current Status" shows online? Thank you so much.
