My dad is an Indian citizen, and has a business in India. He wants to start (and operate) a business in USA in partnership with his friend in US who is an US citizen. Does anyone know how to go about doing this?
PS: I am posting to L1 visa forum cause I think he will need to apply for L1, but don't know what are the other requirements.
