H1B Transfer

Hi,

Last month i went for H1B stamping.
But i received 221g because of missing client letter.
And my consultant is not able to provide those documents.

and i heard that we can go for other consultants through transfer.
is it true?
if yes means how can i go?
Could any body suggest regarding this.

h1 transfer can only be done if u are in valid h1b status. To be in valid h1 status u must have a valid i94 showing h1. transfer can only be done if u are in the US
