Will the H1 wife's status change when the husband gets EAD?Wife was on H4 when she was included in the green card application of her husband.Should they request a status change by some application or it changes by itself?

u need to file a separate ead application / i765 for spouse's ead. To change status from h1 to ead - u must file form i9 with the employer. please contact ur company attorney for details
