Hi,
I am in US on H1-B VISA, My visa expired on Jan 2007 and I got my extension valid until 2009. Last week I went to Bahamas for my Visa Stamping (Extension). But since I work for an Indian Company, The councilor issued me a visa only till Sep 07 and told me to go to stamping in India if I travel out of the country after Sep 07. I am going to India in August and I have to go for stamping in Chennai again with the same petition.
Is there any risk for me to go to India for stamping with the same H1 petition for which I got the stamping once in Bahamas?
Please Suggest.
