Docs from Employer required for visa stamping?

Hi Folks,

I had a change of status from H4 to H1. I am going to India (Delhi) for stamping soon. Currently I am working on a long term project at a client place.

I need to know what all documents I should get from my employer for stamping. He asked me if I know the list :p sad part!
