Hi,
I appreciate if anybody help me out to solve my problem, I have H1b in accounting through company A and my job title was an accountant, now I got a good offer in Company B and I also succesfully clear my client Interview, but nowthe problem is relating to H1b transfer companies lawyer says that you cannot chage your job title from accounting to Desktop Technician but I have done my education evaluation in Accounting and computer science.. I have a Bachler degree in accounting and done diploma in computer application from India. I have been in USA since last one year.
pl, advise can I chage my job title from accountant to IT. Thanks in advance
