221-g status

Hi Experts,
I am ponnuru Laxmikanth reddy. I need your expert advise on in proceeding further. Please advise.
Brief background

I attend the H1B visa interview in Dec 2006 at Chennai. Initially, visa officer had given 221-g (blue) with list of documents to submit. I submitted the documents in Jan 2007 though the VFS courier. As a response, i was issued 221-g (blue) again with "administrative processing" in Jan 2007.

After this, now i got a mail from consulate asking for following 2 documents to sent through VFS courier.
1. Petitioner's 3 quarters of quarterly unemployment wage reports
2. Mag Media documentation.

Clarifications required
---------------------
1. Can some please clarify what is "Mag Media documentation" ? Any web links or some information related to this is very helpful in proceeding further.

2. Also, while sending the above documents to the consulate, what all documents i need to send? Do i need to enclose 221-g, 156 and 157 forms?
