need advise on visitor visa docs for my mom

Hi,

I am planning to call my mother to visit us in US. She is housewife and doesn't have any property on her name. We are 3 siblings, 2 sisters are married in India and I (the only son) am in US on deputation. My father is running a small business; again no property on his name.

I am planning to apply only for my Mom's visa. I am wondering - what documents I can produce to showcase that she will be going back after visiting us here. Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

My wife is expecting and I would like to apply for my mom's visa asap.

Property documents are optional , so if she doesnt have any property, Dont worry it is not important. Provide rest of the documents and give more attention to interview.
