Duration of stay in DS156

I plan to invite my parents as i am expecting. But my father if hes granted visa would only stay for maximum 1 month, and he is retired though, however my mother would stay for 4-6 months. But we would tell the reason as tourism ( and not mention being pregnant). Please advice as what do i mention for duration plan to stay in DS156 for my father. I have actuallly taken appointment,stating 4 months for bot my parents, but now am wondering if i had to mention as 1 month for my father and 4 months for my mother. Please advice.

does not really matters, you may put 4 months for both.
