Problem in creating an application

Hi -

I had earlier created an appointment for my parents and had to cancel it. Now I am going in and trying to create a new appointment and I am getting an error saying "undefined/undefined/undefined" to type 'Date' is not valid.. The receipts were taken on sep 2006, so they should be valid. I am perplexed as to what could be the reason. I have confirmed what I have entered is right.The receipts were taken before the rate change now. Could that be a reason? Any help is appreciated... Thanks

Thanks Murali. VFS support will be open only on Monday. I was hoping anybody had a clue with this.

Use Internet Explorer only. I have seen this problem in other browsers like Firefox. You should be fine with IE

Thank you. That is it. I used Firefox before and I tried thru IE now and it worked. I am going to send an email to VFS asking about this. Because of this issue the window of oppurtunity I had is now gone. It definitely changes my allegiance now to IE...

Its not the problem of Firefox. This is because the developers of the website have used some very IE specific, non standard code. I think they were too lazy to find standard solutions and too lazy to test on other browsers.
