Hi,
I have 3 month baby. We have applied for her passport which will arrived soon. After getting her passport we want to apply for her PIO card, so my question is we have given the adress of Richmond in her passport(we lived there before) & now we have moved to Texas(Irving).So where do i have to apply for her PIO card....Washinton DC or Huston (which is near to us).And which adress should i give while appling the Richmond or the New adress.
