My mother is applying for Visitors visa for 3 months to visit me in the US. I am sending form I-134. I have a daughter aged 2 months. Should I mention that in my list of dependents in I-134(as I am afraid that it may be assumed that she is coming here for baby-sitting and this could be a cause for a rejection!). Please advise.

Yes you shoudl mention.
And that should not be a big concern as you mentioned.
Always try to provide correct and authentic information, such things may come up during the interview and if the officer find out from the interviewing person, then its not in applicant favor..
