Hi every one
I got business visa last year
first time when i landed in US iPOE port of entry in I-94 it was b2 and stampped for 6 months but i stayed less then that and returned and when i came back here again i got stamped as b1 for 3 months, now my question is is their any chance where i can convert my visa to work permit, h1 i tried but out of quota so i cant wait for next year, ne suggestion plzzzz

I dont think you have a choice but to wait another year, unless you qualify for a L1 Visa and your employer agrees to transfer you to their US location or a client. Even this will take atleast 6 months even if expedited. There is no way you can get a work permit on B2. This advice is as far as my knowledge goes. If there is any other way, I dont know it.
