Hi,

My mother left a month back (April 12 ) and is coming back on May 13.
That is exactly a month after her departure. She is travelling with a 6 month ticket and she has fot a 10 year valid visa.

What kind of questions will she be asked at POE ? Can she give the reason like "she wants to go around US in summer time(last time it was winter) " ?
Or she has to give some other reasons ?

Pls advise.

Thanks in Advance !

hi new member,

how did the POE thing go? was your mom able to enter the US or were there any problems at the POE? what questions did the officer ask..

my parents are returning to US after staying in India for 4 months. i am little worried too regarding the POE.

This is a trciky situation.
Entering on Tourist (B2) visa so frequently is a concern to immigration authorties, and the peroson is subject to :
1. More intense question at POE.
2. high Chances of less then 6 months I94.
3. Possoible warnings for not to enter again in such short duation.
4. I94 may have note for USCIS to not to consider for extension of stay.
