I 134 document

There are certain items which are not applicant to us in I134 form like for example Item1 section a,b,c which is meant for US citizen, so do we need to leave them as
1)Blank
2)write as N/A
3)None.

Also since both me and my husband are working and my husband is sposoring for my parent's visa, do we need to fill in item8 as Partially dependant for spouse.
